The CONDTROL XP4 Pro is a laser distance meter with camera for long distances and bright daylight. It measures from 0.05 to 150 m with a stated typical accuracy of ±1.5 mm. The digital viewfinder with 8x zoom and crosshairs shows the target on the colour display, even when the laser dot cannot be seen with the naked eye.
What measuring tasks is the XP4 Pro suitable for?
Façades, halls, plots and outdoor areas, plus measurements in interior finishing. Four reference points (bottom edge, end piece, top edge, 1/4″ tripod thread) and the countdown timer ensure steady measurements without shaking when triggering.
Two-axis tilt sensor
The tilt sensor determines horizontal and vertical distances indirectly by triangulation. This helps when measuring points are hard to reach, such as eaves heights or distances over an obstacle.
Painter function and triangle area
For painting and cladding, the XP4 Pro calculates the wall area, as well as the area of triangles, e.g. for gables.

Understanding range and accuracy
The camera makes aiming easier but does not replace a suitable target surface: for poorly reflecting targets and very long distances, the included target plate helps. Shiny or transparent surfaces can affect the measurement. IP54 describes protection against dust and splash water; the tool is not waterproof.
