A digital viewfinder shows the measuring target on the display. This helps on façades and longer distances when you can hardly see the laser dot with the naked eye. The camera helps with aiming; it does not automatically increase measuring accuracy and does not guarantee maximum range with every target.
This selection shows three different range classes. You will find more models in this category in the product comparison. Check the full technical data and scope of delivery for each tool.
Direct sunlight and dark or highly reflective targets can make measuring harder. Choose a suitable target surface, set the tool up stably and repeat important measurements. For indirect measurements, set-up and measuring sequence must match the selected function. A camera does not replace these steps.
The camera helps with aiming. Bluetooth distance meters with app help with transfer and documentation. XP4, Vector 150 and Vector 200 combine both functions. For shorter indoor measurements, a more compact tool without a target camera may be enough.
