From our guides
The CONDTROL Vector 100 is a laser distance meter with colour display and Bluetooth for indoor and outdoor measurement. It measures from 0.05 to 100 m with a stated typical accuracy of ±1.5 mm, transfers readings to the CONDTROL Smart Measure app and is IP54-protected.
What measuring tasks is the Vector 100 suitable for?
Room dimensions, openings and diagonals in interior finishing, building heights and distances outdoors, checking slopes and gradients. Four reference points are available: front edge, rear edge, 1/4″ tripod thread and fold-out end piece. The high-resolution colour display remains easy to read even in changing light.
Point-to-point measurement
The built-in 3D sensor calculates the distance between two points A and B from two auxiliary measurements, without you having to sight the distance itself. Both points must be visible from your position.
Painter function
For painting, wallpapering or filling, the Vector 100 calculates the total wall area: measure the room height, then the lengths of all walls one after the other, and the tool adds the areas up to the total.
Tilt sensor and digital spirit level
The inclinometer determines horizontal and vertical distances from the reference point to the target, even when the direct path is blocked. The digital spirit level shows rise and fall directly on the display.
Measuring functions at a glance
- Single and continuous measurement (tracking) with min/max value
- Area, volume and wall area calculation (painter function)
- Addition and subtraction, indirect measurement by Pythagoras
- Point-to-point measurement, tilt sensor, digital spirit level
- Bluetooth transfer to Smart Measure, memory for 30 values
Understanding range and accuracy
Direct sunlight, poorly reflecting targets and shiny or transparent surfaces can affect the measurement. The nominal range is not a promise for every target; in daylight a target plate helps. Without a digital viewfinder, the laser dot is harder to find outdoors over long distances than with camera models. IP54 describes protection against dust and splash water; the tool is not waterproof.
Power supply and scope of delivery
Integrated 3.7 V / 850 mAh Li-ion battery, charging via micro USB.
Vector 100, protective pouch, wrist strap, micro USB cable, user manual.
