Construction & repairability
- Metal frame & reinforcements: load-bearing metal parts keep the geometry even after impacts; the pendulum block is guided better.
- Damping & IP protection: matched dampers and genuine IP ratings protect optics and electronics from dust/splashing water.

Patents & optics (Progressor)
The layout projector Progressor projects an even grid of 60 identical cells and also serves as a cross-line laser – it is based on patented hybrid optics (patent no. DE 20 2025 101 284 U1). This saves set-up time in planning and installation and delivers reproducible grid sizes.
Software workflows & DXF export
- Smart Measure: app workflows for measuring, photo sketches, sharing. What matters: DXF export for further work in CAD systems – a real distinction in this class.
- Supported tools (selection): Vector 200, XP series (XP3/XP3 Green/XP3 Pro/XP4/XP4 Pro/XP5) – depending on model with camera/crosshairs, AreaCam, P2P.
Rotary lasers: direct drive & line visibility
For maximum line visibility and fast working speed, we rely on efficient drive and optics packages. Example: Roto HVG 600 with a permanent-magnet, brushless hollow-shaft direct drive and rotation speeds of up to 1,000 rpm – for a clearly visible, continuous laser line. Already available: Roto HVG, Roto HG, Roto HR, Rotech HVG and Rotech HVR.
Accuracy: brochure figure ≠ reality at all times
Catalogue values (e.g. ±0.2 mm/m) are manufacturer's specifications – transport, vibration and temperature changes affect every pendulum system. That is why we offer preliminary checks and calibration in our service: this keeps the real accuracy within limits over the long term.
Service in Germany & 2+1 years' warranty
- Calibration & repair service (DE): fast turnaround times, calibration certificate on request.
- 2+1 years' warranty: additional year via registration – details: Warranty 2+1.
- Goodwill for component ageing: laser diodes age physically – we check fairly and replace defective diodes under warranty/goodwill.
