Frequently asked questions
What is the CONDTROL TruSlope intended for?
For creating defined slopes in construction, for paving and road works, roof and stair construction, drainage and in wet rooms.
How do I set the target angle precisely?
Use the supplied tilt adapter for fine adjustment. The tilt sensor and the OLED display show the angle in real time.
Is the device suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. The housing meets IP65 and is therefore protected against dust and water jets. The metal frame and rubberised surfaces increase robustness.

From our guides
The CONDTROL TruSlope is a green slope laser with three 360° planes and digital slope measurement. You enter the desired gradient in degrees, percent or mm/m, the colour OLED display shows the actual value in real time, and the included tilt adapter fine-tunes the angle. Accuracy ±0.2 mm/m, IP65, metal frame.
What tasks is the TruSlope suitable for?
Wherever you work not horizontally but with a defined gradient:
- Road and paving construction: gradients for car parks, footpaths and driveways so that water drains away as intended
- Roof construction and stairs: inclination angles for design and installation as specified
- Terrain and drainage: laying out drainage systems
- Wet rooms and tiles: gradients in bathrooms, showers, on balconies and terraces
- Pipes and ramps: defined slope for waste water and logistics ramps
Entering the slope digitally
The built-in tilt sensor measures the angle of the laser plane, and the display shows it in the selected unit. With the tilt adapter you adjust steadily and sensitively to the target value, even for long sections and repeated work.
Three green 360° planes and plumb points
One horizontal and two vertical planes cover the whole room. The vertical planes form zenith and nadir points, so you can transfer marks from the floor to the ceiling. Each plane can be switched individually, which saves battery.
Built for the building site
Metal frame and metal optics housing, IP65 against dust and water jets, rubberised inserts, non-slip grip and silicone-coated buttons. Mounting on tripods with 1/4″ or 5/8″ or via an eyelet on a screw or nail.
Functions at a glance
- Digital slope display in degrees, percent or mm/m
- Three green 360° planes (520 nm), zenith and nadir point
- Accuracy ±0.2 mm/m, self-levelling ±4°
- Working range 40 m, 80 m with receiver
- Planes switchable individually, OLED display with battery indicator
- IP65, metal frame, 1/4″ and 5/8″ tripod threads
Understanding range and accuracy
The visibility of the line depends on the ambient light and the surface. In sunlight or over long distances, work with a receiver. The accuracy applies to the levelled plane within ±4°; for inclined planes, the tilt sensor reading is what counts.
Power supply and scope of delivery
Two Li-ion batteries of 5000 mAh each, 8 to 20 hours of continuous operation depending on the number of active planes. The battery indicator on the display warns you in good time.
TruSlope, 2 Li-ion batteries, tilt adapter, wall bracket, charger, plastic case, user manual.
Warranty
2 years' warranty; one additional year after registration in accordance with the warranty terms.
