The CONDTROL Beton Pro is a digital concrete test hammer for the non-destructive determination of concrete strength and homogeneity using the impact pulse method. Measuring range 3.5 to 99.9 MPa, accuracy ±7%, memory for 500 averages.
What tasks is the Beton Pro suitable for?
- Concrete strength in new buildings and when inspecting existing buildings and structures
- Quality control of sand-lime bricks and bricks
- Assessing strength, hardness and elastic-plastic properties, detecting inhomogeneities and poorly compacted areas
Usable in the lab and directly on the building site; the results help assess material properties and the durability of a component.
Automatic evaluation
The Beton Pro detects the impact direction itself and takes it into account. You select the material (lightweight concrete, heavyweight concrete, brick) and the unit (MPa, kg/cm², N/mm², PSI); the OLED display shows the average clearly even in poor light. Menu languages: German, English, Russian.
Robustly built
Automatic impact mechanism with carbide impact head, metal housing, silicone protector on the trigger and non-slip grip coating, secure to hold even with gloves.
Functions at a glance
- Impact pulse method, measuring range 3.5–99.9 MPa, ±7%
- Material selection: lightweight concrete, heavyweight concrete, brick
- Automatic detection of impact direction
- Memory for 500 averaged measurements
- OLED display, switchable units, 3 menu languages
Interpreting the result correctly
The method assesses near-surface strength. Smooth the test spot beforehand with the grinding stone and average several impacts. For assessing in-situ compressive strength according to DIN EN 13791, the readings are calibrated against cores. Where proof by core is required, the tool does not replace it, but it quickly shows where samples make sense.
Power supply and scope of delivery
2 × AA batteries (LR6), up to 25 hours of operation.
Beton Pro, grinding stone, reference standard for calibration, 2 AA batteries, belt pouch, plastic case, user manual.
Warranty
2 years' warranty; one additional year after registration in accordance with the warranty terms.
