Right of withdrawal & returns

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA – consumers)

Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. This right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code). Businesses within the meaning of § 14 BGB are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Exercising the right of withdrawal

Effects of withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction; you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them back.

You must send the goods back within 14 days of submitting your notice of withdrawal to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days have expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please enclose the order number/invoice and keep the proof of postage. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if it results from handling that is not necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Voluntary right of return for customers in Switzerland (goodwill)

For orders with a delivery address in Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal. However, we grant you a voluntary 14-day right of return from receipt of the goods under the following conditions:

• Registration/RMA: Notify us of the return in advance by email to gmbh@condtrol.de (subject: Return CH + order number). You will receive an RMA number and instructions for the return.
• Condition of goods: Unused and complete, if possible in the original packaging with all accessories/manuals.
• Return costs & duties: The direct return costs and any customs duties/import taxes/clearance fees are borne by you. Please declare the shipment as “Rücksendung/Return of goods” and enclose a copy of the invoice.
• Refund: After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the value of the goods to the payment method originally used. Not refundable are original shipping costs and import duties that cannot be reimbursed to us.
• Reduction in value: A deduction may be made if the goods have been used or damaged beyond normal inspection.
• Deadline: The return is considered on time if you send the goods to us within 14 days of receipt.
